Vykintas Valiulis is Tax Partner at Grant Thornton Baltic UAB. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of taxation, 6 of them he worked in one of the Big 4 audit and business consulting companies where Vykintas has gained significant experience in consulting the largest Lithuanian and foreign companies on tax issues.

Kristjan Järve
Partner in charge of tax services

Kristjan is a partner at Grant Thornton Baltic and one of our most experienced employees, who has been working in our company since 1999. Kristjan possesses inimitable experience and knowledge in tax and business advisory. His main role is to understand the tax risks and untapped opportunities in clients’ business activity. He also advises on the tax-efficient conduct of mergers and divisions, various restructurings and strategic transactions.

Vilma Priluckytė
Senior Tax Project Manager

Vilma has been successfully involved in a tax lawyer’s career for more than a decade. She started her career in the Office of the State Tax Administrator auditing individuals and successfully continued in the private sector: worked as a tax lawyer in the law firm, as well as an independent tax consultant. Throughout her career, she has advised on complex tax transactions related to VAT and corporate income tax. In addition, Vilma was involved in complex tax disputes that ended in the taxpayer’s victory. She managed to defend the interests of Lithuanian business by appealing to the European Commission and proving that certain norms of the Lithuanian VAT law do not comply with EU law.

Urzula Välb joined Grant Thornton Baltic in the fall of 2019. She is a truly experienced tax advisor, having studied, worked and trained in the field of taxes for over 16 years.
