Grant Thornton Baltic has been named a finalist in the ITR Europe Tax Awards 2026, an awards competition organised by the international tax publication International Tax Review (ITR).
ITR recognised Grant Thornton Baltic for its professional work in the field of transfer pricing. The nomination highlights the ability of Grant Thornton Baltic’s tax advisory team to provide high-quality services to our internationally active clients across the Baltics.
„Over more than 20 years, we have built one Baltic team that today routinely handles Baltics' client's sophisticated transfer pricing and tax matters far beyond our region, from the Nordics to North America. Behind every one of these cases stands a group of dedicated professionals, including colleagues like Žygintas Starkus, who has grown with us for almost a decade and brings real passion to the most demanding transfer pricing projects, and Saswati Ghosh, who joined us from abroad and strengthened the team with valuable cross-border coordination expertise. We are delighted that the international tax community has taken notice of our work. However, this recognition also belongs to our dynamic clients, who trust us with their most complex cross-border challenges, and to experts like these, whose effort and teamwork stand behind it all," said Vykintas Valiulis, Partner at Grant Thornton Baltic and Head of Tax Advisory
The ITR Europe Tax Awards are among the best-known awards in the European tax sector and have been presented since 2005. In 2026, tax and transfer pricing teams in 33 jurisdictions were assessed, with attention also paid to innovation in tax technology, compliance, and the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion.
The winners of the ITR Europe Tax Awards 2026 will be announced at the awards gala in London on 17 September 2026.
