Ieva is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, and Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. She holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration.
Ieva’s experience includes internal audit function activities and the execution of agreed-upon procedures. She provides independent, risk-based, objective assurance and insights to strengthen the organization's ability to create, protect, and sustain value.
Ieva specializes in the financial sector and has a background in banking, investments, insurance, and fintech. She joined Grant Thornton Baltic in January 2024 and has since been delivering services to third parties.
Ieva has conducted internal audits for financial sector companies licensed by the Bank of Lithuania or authorized by local supervisory authorities, as well as entities supervised by financial regulatory authorities outside Lithuania. Her audits have covered various areas, including compliance, operational, performance, and financial.
